Directions
From I-91 Southbound:
Take 91 South to 84 East. Take exit 53, bear right and take East River Drive Exit. Turn right at the end of the ramp onto East River Drive. At first stop sign, turn left onto Pitkin Street. Masonicare Home Health & Hospice Visitor Parking lot is the first driveway on the right.
From I-91 Northbound:
Take 91 North to exit 29, East Hartford. You will Go over the Charter Oak Bridge. Take exit 90, East River Drive, bear right and follow the signs for East River Drive. At the end of the exit ramp, make a left at the traffic light. At the second stop light take a left on to Pitkin Street, go through 2 lights. After the second light, take a left into the visitor parking lot for 111 Founders Plaza. Masonicare Home Health & Hospice is on the second floor.
From I-84 Westbound:
Take 84 West to exit 54, Downtown Hartford. Bear right and take Darlin Street exit. At the end of the ramp, turn right onto Darlin Street. At the traffic light, turn right onto Pitkin Street. Masonicare Home Health & Hospice Visitor Parking lot is the first driveway on the left after the traffic light.
From I-84 Eastbound:
Take 84 East to exit 53, bear right and take East River Drive exit. Turn right at the bottom of the ramp onto East River Drive. At the first stop sign, turn left onto Pitkin Street. Masonicare Home Health & Hospice Visitor Parking lot is the first driveway on the right.
